24-Year-Old Hollywood Man Faces Child Porn Charges

HOLLYWOOD – 24-year-old David Michael Pulju was arrested Wednesday at his workplace and charged with possession of child pornography.

Pulju, an engineer from Hollywood, is facing 11 counts of possession of obscene material. According to authorities, investigators found more than 50 images of children on his computer. The images and videos were kept inside a folder labeled “Best.”

The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children tipped the authorities in April about pornographic images being posted on Twitter. Police traced the IP address to that of Pulju.

According to a police report, members of the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force met with Pulju in May when he admitted that he kept child pornography on his computer.

Upon questioning, Pulju told investigators that he would find child pornography on Twitter by typing “buzzwords” such as “young,” “kid,” and “kid gay” in his searches. His Twitter account has since been shut down.

According to the report, Pulju let investigators examine his computer where they found images of boys between ages 6 and 17.
