Fort Lauderdale Mom Accused Of Making Daughter, 12, Beat Woman At A Gas Station

A Fort Lauderdale woman is accused of ordering her 12-year-old daughter to beat a driver who was taking up too much room at a gas pump and refused to move until she finished filling her tank.

According to an article in the Sun Sentinel, Quacheena Juett, 33, confronted Randa St. Cyr, who told Juett to wait until she was done. Juett then ordered her daughter to hit St. Cyr. At Jute's insistence, St. Cyr was punched in the face. Juett then ran to St. Cyr's car, stole her iPhone and took off.

Police were able to apprehend Juett by viewing the gas station's surveillance tapes and through the GPS on St. Cyr's iPhone, which Juett had pawned. Juett was arrested at her home and charged with burglary, contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a child, resisting arrest without violence, dealing in stolen property, false ownership of a pawned item and grand theft.
