Man Threatens Nephew At Gunpoint Over Lemons

A Fort Lauderdale man is accused of threatening his nephew at gunpoint after a dispute about lemons.

According to an article in the Sun Sentinel, Wille Brown used lemons belonging to his nephew Anthony Horne to make lemonade. When Horne confronted Brown about it, Brown allegedly threatened him with a gun, slapped him across the face and grabbed him by the neck.

Horne called 911 but later decided not to press criminal charges. He also recanted his story about the gun and said he was just upset about the lemons.

Brown was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, domestic battery by strangulation, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon and battery.
