Police are searching for three suspects after a well-orchestrated distraction theft allowed them to steal more than $7,000 from an Oakland Park gas station.

One man and two women entered the station’s convenience store separately and through the distraction of well-timed requests to store employees, they were able to gain access to the main office. There, they stole $7,661 in cash and left separately, two running away and one in a silver SUV.
