A 22-year-old Pompano Beach man is accused of killing his cousin after fighting over a girl.

According to an article in the Sun Sentinel, James Grady Toussaint has been charged with premeditated murder following the death of his cousin, Rodney Toussaint, 22. The altercation between the two cousins allegedly took place on Sunday. After James Grady Toussaint left, he returned about an hour later, got out of his car, fired a gun at Rodney Toussaint, and then took off again.

Rodney Toussaint was found dead at the scene. James Grady Toussaint, at the time of the shooting, was on probation for cocaine possession with intent to sell, possession of MDMA and fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer.
