A Fort Lauderdale man has admitted to burglarizing hundreds of cars across Broward County.

After receiving a tip that the man was making a living through such burglaries, his home was placed under surveillance. He was caught by deputies while approaching a car with a duffel bag. He admitted to breaking into cars over several months, totaling upward of 300 cars. He now faces charges of burglary, larceny of a credit card and driving with a suspended license.
