Three gas station employees are accused of scamming the store out of more than $3,000 through a rewards program.

The program was meant to allow customers to earn up to 50 cents per gallon of gas through purchases made at the grocery store. Security officers began noticing that there were an unusually high number of gas discounts. It was then discovered that the employees were using special rain check codes to add rewards to their cards for free. The employees were arrested, and released after each posting $6,000 bail.
